The Carpet Direct Process

There’s a reason we do the things we do. We strive to bring you unbeatable flooring value!

From Selection to Installation

When you’re ready to get started, your Carpet Direct flooring consultant will visit you at your home or office with a mobile showroom complete with Carpet, Hardwood, Laminate, Tile and our newest Luxury Vinyl Flooring (LVF) options. You’ll love seeing how the flooring looks with the lighting in your home and how it compliments your existing décor. Here’s what you can expect when you work with Carpet Direct:

1. A Personal Consultation

You have a flooring expert in your home–now is the time to discuss exactly what you want and to ask questions. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your home and your family. Here are some starter questions:

  • Do I have to find an installer?
  • How long does installation take?
  • Do I have to do anything to get ready?
  • Do you require a down payment?
  • How do I care for my new floor?

Your professional flooring consultant will be eager to answer any and all questions you may have and is ready to guide you through the entire process.

2. Measurements

During this visit your flooring consultant will take accurate measurements of the entire floor surface being re-covered. Those measurements will allow your consultant to give you one, definite price for getting the job done.

3. An Affordable Quote

After your in-home consultation, you will have a solid quote that includes your flooring estimate and all accessory pieces, like trim. You will pay your qualified installer separately after the job is done and you are satisfied with the work!

4. Reliable Ordering & Scheduling

When you are confident in your flooring selection and like the quote we offer, your consultant will place your order and will give you a list of builder approved installers. You will then schedule your installation at a time that works best for you!

5. Professional Installation

Your installer will deliver and install your new flooring-the right way. You also have the flexibility to have an installer you already know and trust install your flooring.

The bottom line: We’ll guide you through every detail.
